How to use the power supply of ultrasonic cleaning equipment correctly

Time:2014-10-15

The power supply of Xinwandesheng ultrasonic cleaning equipment, also known as ultrasonic power supply, is used to convert our mains power (220V or 380V, 50 or 60Hz) into high-frequency AC signals that match the transducer. From the perspective of amplification circuit form, linear amplification circuit and switch power supply circuit can be used, while high-power ultrasonic power supply generally adopts switch power supply circuit form from the perspective of conversion efficiency. Linear power supplies also have their unique application range, and their advantage is that they can not strictly require circuit matching and allow for continuous and rapid changes in operating frequency. From the current situation in the ultrasound industry, ultrasound is mainly divided into self-excited and self-excited power sources; The use of ultrasonic power supply mainly needs to be matched according to the power, frequency, and capacitance of the transducer. Self excitation mode can be used for lower power, while other excitation modes are recommended for higher power.

Steps of ultrasonic cleaning machine: Daily maintenance, upkeep, and precautions of ultrasonic cleaning machine

1. Power supply: Use a power supply and power cord that meets the equipment specifications. The user's power circuit must be equipped with a dedicated air switch for the ultrasonic cleaning machine to cut off the power supply when needed;
2. Grounding wire: Due to contact between the ultrasonic cleaning machine and water, corrosive (swelling) liquid level, it is easy to cause electric leakage. Please connect the grounding wire according to safety requirements;
3. Ultrasonic equipment uses non combustible cleaning agents and should not use flammable and explosive substances as cleaning agents. The use of ultrasonic equipment must be kept away from places with flammable and explosive substances.
4. Lack of liquid or insufficient liquid level in the ultrasonic cleaning tank can cause irreversible damage to the ultrasonic equipment. It is necessary to ensure that sufficient cleaning liquid is injected into the tank during use, otherwise related electric heaters, pumps, and ultrasonic shakers may be damaged and may cause fire and personal injury;
5. Be careful not to splash water into the electrical control box and related electrical components, and keep away from water vapor, corrosive gases, dust, etc;
6. When the ultrasonic equipment is abnormal, please contact the technical personnel in a timely manner or have an experienced professional electrician inspect it after stopping the power supply;
7. For workpieces to be cleaned by ultrasonic waves, please hang them in a washing basket or hanging tool with supporting legs and place them in the tank for cleaning. It is prohibited to directly place the workpieces at the bottom of the tank for ultrasonic cleaning, otherwise it may cause damage to the workpieces and the bottom of the cylinder;
8. During the operation of ultrasonic equipment, there may be factors that may cause personal injury, such as high temperature, high voltage, electrification of electrical component terminals, movement of transmission mechanisms, and sudden pressure fluctuations, inside the ultrasonic body. Please do not open the casing during operation to avoid working under unprotected conditions;
9. When ultrasonic equipment is not in use for a long time, please release the cleaning solution, dry the inner tank and surface, and protect them with a thin film to prevent accelerated corrosion and aging of the equipment;
